I will be in conversation with Dr Isaiah Joseph author of the book Caribbean Inspired Low Carb Recipes
Dr. Isaiah Joseph (Ed.D.) has specialized in the field of education, with particular interest in food and health education. Part of his personal philosophy is that knowledge is power and that a person’s health is his/her greatest asset.
He believes that people can gain immense control of their lives by having the right information about food and diet. Isaiah is known for his creative and artistic styles in food preparation.
Through this book he hopes to use his talent to help motivate people to make lifestyle changes that can positively impact their overall health and longevity. Isaiah was born and grew up on the Caribbean island of Dominica but, currently resides in New Jersey, USA.
Rudi Lickwood
Rudi Lickwood is a stand Up comedian, social commentator having risen from apparent obscurity to playing and storming all the major UK venues. Rudi has been a successful stand-up since the early ’90s. His engaging persona is both likeable and perceptive in a playful, intelligent, and charismatic way. Earning him the Jongulers Best Performer 2001 his status in the ‘Black 100+’ awards for the greatest Black British Achievers whilst picking up a BECA award for outstanding contribution to comedy, and taking up a high profile request to host an exclusive Brit Awards after-show party.
He is currently developing a weekly Podcast ‘Anything Goes’, based on audience suggestions and dilemmas. That his panel of 4 including himself come up with answers and solutions. Finally his early morning Saturday Morning Podcast with Midlands Dj, Dee Man Country Man,
