Standing Adductor Stretch

- Hip Extensors
Advice On Technique
- Stand in a straddle position with feet shoulder width apart
- Extend on leg back until the toes of the back leg is in line with the heel of the other foot
- Both feet pointing straight ahead
- Pull stomach in and rotate pelvis
- Slowly move into a sideways lunge, until a stretch in the straight leg groin is felt
- Hold for 10-15 seconds
