The LEAN Keto Self-assessment Progress Wheel is an exercise that will assist in showing you how much you have progressed in three of the LEAN Keto focus areas, during the past seven days. It will help you see what progressed you have made and what you can do to progress and develop further in the next seven days.

Please note, this is a self-assessment tool, which is only meant to be a general guide to your progress while you are on a LEAN Keto programme.

After you have completed your Progress Wheel you will have the option to either download your progress results as a PDF or a JPEG, or send the results by email.

How to score your Progress Wheel?

Consider each of the three LEAN Keto focus areas, Low Carb Nutrition, Sleep Habits, and Exercise & Fitness. Reflect on your overall objectives and goals you set at the beginning of the LEAN Keto journey. Consider the daily ONE THING action steps you have set over the past seven days. Think about all the other activities associated with the LEAN Keto programme you have completed over the last seven days

  • How many have you achieved?
  • What was the impact of you achieving them?
  • How much have you progressed in each of the LEAN Keto focus areas, during the last seven days?
  • Consider how well you have done over the past seven days.
  • Have you been focused and taken action each day?

In the next section, you will score your level of progress over the last seven days for each of the LEAN Keto focus areas on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest (no progress) and 5 being the highest (excellent progress).
