  1. Position yourself on your mat on all fours
  2. Elbows and wrists in line with your shoulders, fingers facing forward
  3. Knees hip-width apart in-line with thighs and hips
  4. Engage your abdominal muscles to support your lower back
  5. Inhale as you start to lower your chest towards the floor
