Advice On Technique

  1. Stand facing a wall
  2. Extend one leg back, with foot pointed straight ahead.
  3. Don’t allow the rear foot to flatten
  4. Bend arms and lean forward towards the wall.
  5. Keep the gluteal muscles and quads tight, with the heel on the ground.
  6. Hold for 10-15 seconds
