Advice On Technique

  1. Kneel with front and back legs bend at a ninety-degree angle
  2. Internally rotate back hip to target the psoas muscles or a neutral position to target the quads
  3. Draw stomach inwards
  4. Squeeze glute muscles of the side being stretched while rotating pelvis
  5. Hold for 10-15 seconds
