Advice On Technique

  1. Start off by sprinting on the spot
  2. Propel your right leg up and jump over to the right side landing on your right foot
  3. With your left leg up propel across landing on your left foot
  4. Repeat
  5. Keep the core muscles tight and your back straight
  6. Put your arms out to the side to balance if needed
