Advice On Technique
- Start off by sprinting on the spot
- Propel your right leg up and jump over to the right side landing on your right foot
- With your left leg up propel across landing on your left foot
- Repeat
- Keep the core muscles tight and your back straight
- Put your arms out to the side to balance if needed
