Advice On Technique

  1. Begin by facing the wall, box or sofa in the squat position
  2. Lower your body into a press-up position, with quick feet
  3. Jump backwards into starting squat position and leap onto the bench
  4. Drive your arms upwards and land in a squat position
  5. Leap back to the start position
  6. (Please note this example uses a chair to display exercise. It is not advised to use a chair for this exercise unless it is firmly secured to the floor)
