  • Glutes

Advice On Technique 

  1. Stand with feet together
  2. Bend your knees and hop as far as you can go with your left foot
  3. Land on the balls of your right foot
  4. Reverse action and repeat
  5. Drive your arms and try to get a smooth rhythm going
