Single Leg Deadlifts

  • Glutes
  • Hamstrings
  • Quads 

Advice On Technique

  1. In a standing position with feet together
  2. Lift the right leg, then lower arms and bodyweight forwards whilst lifting the right leg further behind the body
  3. Keep left knee bent and move arms forward as close to the ground as possible
  4. Raise upper body when lowering your right leg
  5. Change legs
