Advice On Technique

  • Stand in a straddle position with feet shoulder width apart
  • Extend on leg back until the toes of the back leg is in line with the heel of the other foot
  • Both feet pointing straight ahead
  • Pull stomach in and rotate pelvis
  • Slowly move into a sideways lunge, until a stretch in the straight leg groin is felt
  • Hold for 10-15 seconds
