Advice On Technique
- Position the foam roller under your shoulder blades, arms bent at your elbows with hands by your ears
- Engage your glutes and abdomen
- Keeping the moves short, roll up and down the roller with your upper back
- Move your weight slightly to opposite sides to target muscles on either side of the upper back
- Do not roll below your mid-back area
- Stay in this position for one minute
