Advice On Technique

  1. Position the foam roller under your shoulder blades, arms bent at your elbows with hands by your ears
  2. Engage your glutes and abdomen
  3. Keeping the moves short, roll up and down the roller with your upper back
  4. Move your weight slightly to opposite sides to target muscles on either side of the upper back
  5. Do not roll below your mid-back area
  6. Stay in this position for one minute
