  • Adductors

 

  1. The adductors are the glute muscles in your bottom
  2. Position yourself face down on your elbows with one leg outstretched while the other leg is bent from the knee parallel with the hip joint
  3. Place the roller under the adductor
  4. Roll back and forth starting from above the knee all the way up the adductor to the groin area
  5. Carry out this exercise for one minute
  6. Repeat on the other adductor for one minute
