Back Extensions

 

  • Erector Spinae
  • Abdominals

  1. Lie prone on the floor, legs shoulder width apart, straight and pointing forward
  2. Elbows out and fingers touching the temples
  3. Activate gluts, tuck chin in and pull back shoulder blades
  4. Slowly lower upper body to end range
  5. Raise upper torso to a neutral position, keeping chin tucked and shoulders depressed
