My LEAN Keto Story – Kathy

The LCHF diet challenge has been remarkable. Who knew that by cutting out carbs, only eating meat, vegetables and the right type of fats, could leave you feeling fuller for longer, full of energy and achieve weight-loss.

Being with a group of people all going through the same experience, able to share our choices of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the daily food diary, was an inspiration. It certainly brought out some creative meal ideas.

A big thank you to Ken Barnes for keeping us focused and supportive throughout the 7-day challenge. I will continue the LCHF eating plan and make it my new habit.
