There is evidence to suggest that this foam of self-massage helps to reduce and recovery from injuries, and helps you to perform workouts for longer.
Bearing this mind a foam roller is a top investment and it is the only piece of equipment that is required for a flexibility workout. However, if you don’t have a foam roller then you can perform the warm up and static stretching routine instead of the foam roller workout!
