The Yoga Work Outs
Practicing yoga and relaxation exercises can have very effective and rapid results. It will lift your energy levels to new heights and you will also leave you feeling totally relaxed and wonderfully healthy. Yoga has many benefits and all of the yoga exercises in the workouts improve your flexibility in a fun way!
The more often you are able to repeat and hold a pose, the more benefit you will have in terms of your health. If you find the exercises easy then double them. On the other hand, if you find the exercises difficult, then attempt them and try to hold them for as long as possible. There is no hurry, as yoga is all about progressing at your own pace. It is not a competition and it much certainly is not about screwing your face up and straining your body.
If you are new to yoga then try your best at the exercises, go into them slowly and controlled, listen to your body and be kind to it. Everybody has different abilities and strengths, you may find you are better at some exercises than others, hold the pose for the time that is comfortable with yourself, yoga is more about quality and meaningful poses rather than competing with yourself.
You are in control of your body and you know its limits, so start off gently and start off slow at the beginning. Follow the instructions of the exercises and do as much as you can. Breath through the exercises and staying focused is far more beneficial than pushing your body beyond its limits.
You may not be able to perform the full position at first that is fine because you will get the benefits from just performing the exercise.
