Manage your blood sugar, lose weight and keep it off, in ways you never thought possible.
What Is The L.E.A.N MindBody Method?
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method is based on the principles outlined in the book entitled ‘The L.E.A.N MindBody Method‘ The Simple Science Of Getting Lean, Fit, and Healthy.
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method has a programatic and holistic approach and focuses on four fundamental areas that will assist you in nurturing and sustaining healthy lifestyle habits.
These four focus areas are; low carb nutrition, developing better sleep habits, effective exercise and developing the right mindset. These four areas have been woven into The L.E.A.N MindBody Method framework and they work together to help you lose weight, manage your blood sugar and lead a healthier life. The word ‘L.E.A.N’ is an acronym that stands for Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition.
L
Sleep and Stress
Sleep deprivation along with increased stress can negatively impact your health in so many ways.
E
Exercise and Fitness
Exercise is a miracle cure, we often don’t get enough of. The right type of exercise will compound your results.
A
Attitude and Mindset
Before you can change your health or body your mindset has to change and adopt the right thought patterns.
N
Low Carb Nutrition
Low carb and reduced sugar nutrition is fundamental to blood sugar control, weight loss and optimal health.
Just imagine for a second how fantastic it would feel to:
- Avoid contracting diabetes and even reverse your diabetes through better control of your blood sugar levels;
- Constantly get complimented on the way you look and ask what the heck you have done to achieve such an astonishing transformation;
- Enjoy higher energy levels and know that you are getting healthier every day;
- Check yourself in the bathroom mirror and go, “Don’t I look just fabulous?!”;
- Gain massive amounts of confidence because of your newly toned body (which, by the way, will enhance every area of your existence, including your career and sex life);
- Set a good example for your children so that they can lead a healthy and disease-free life, well into their old age;
- Enjoy clothes shopping more and look fantastic in all the clothes you buy;
A focus on behaviour modification
Research has uncovered neurological and behavioural reasons why forming new habits can be difficult. Changing our eating habits of a lifetime to can be challenging. The exciting thing is, this scientific research also gives clues on how to overcome the challenges of forming new habits and behaviours that will help you to lead new healthy lifestyle habits. Using this research and with a focus on sustainability we developed ‘The L.E.A.N MindBody Behaviour Change Pathway‘.
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method Behaviour Change Pathway?
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method Behaviour Pathway a tried and tested 9-part framework which can assist you in becoming healthier and more productive. We understand making lifestyle changes can be difficult. That’s why the L.E.A.N MindBody Method Behaviour Change Pathway was developed. The way you think shapes the direction your life takes. An unhealthy mindset leads to unhealthy habits, which may cause you to struggle with your health and weight no matter how hard you try. This simple fact is often overlooked in other weight loss and health management programmes that focus on ‘quick fixes’ that are impossible to keep up with as time goes on. We do things differently.
Healthy Automatic Behaviour Information Transfer
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method has been created using science-based-researched and incorporates much of what modern day science indicates is the best way to adopt new attitudes and behaviours. The L.E.A.N MindBody Method uses a process called ‘Healthy Automatic Behaviour Information Transfer’ to embed in your ‘Basal Ganglia’ your brains habit forming centre, new and improved thoughts and behaviours that will help to adopt and sustain your new lifestyle habits.
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method Three-Phase Accelerator Plan
Our three-phase accelerator plan is a six-week plan to assist you in accelerating the results you can gain from The L.E.A.N MindBody Method. We have a roadmap guide to help you in implementing the three phases of Accelerator Plan guide. It outlines the three phases and provides you with guidance as to what you should do in each phase and also what to expect during each phase.

In Loving Memory of Inez Barnes
The L.E.A.N MindBody Method book and principles are affectionately dedicated to my beloved mother Inez Barnes who is always in my memory and forever on my heart; whom without, I would not have graced this world. It was her sad passing away through weight-related conditions and the grief that consumed me, that led me down the path to discover, understand and live the ideas and concepts of The L.E.A.N MindBody Method. My efforts to assist her with her weight loss proved ineffective using the knowledge I possessed at the time when she was alive.
I hope that the knowledge that I gained after her passing, although it came too late to assist with my mother’s weight and health, will be able to assist and save the lives of many thousands of people in years to come.
